Renovating your kitchen? The plumbing and gas need to be spot on for the whole job to run smoothly and finish to spec. Kel-Tech takes care of connecting your sink, tapware, dishwasher and any gas appliances safely and correctly, and because we are licensed for both plumbing and gas, it is all handled by the one team rather than juggling separate trades.

What we cover
Our kitchen work covers everything on the water and gas side of the room. That includes new sinks and tapware, dishwasher and fridge water connections, gas cooktops and ovens, and relocating plumbing and gas lines when your new layout moves things around. Whether you are keeping the same footprint or completely reworking the space, we set out and run the services so your appliances land exactly where the design calls for them.
Gas cooktops and appliance connections
A gas cooktop or oven has to be installed and connected by a licensed gasfitter, and that is exactly what you get with Kel-Tech (gasfitting licence GF 008997). We install new cooktops and ovens, connect them safely, test the work, and handle conversions if you are switching gas types or moving from electric to gas. The same goes for your dishwasher and sink, all connected properly and checked for leaks before we call it done.
Supply or install what you have chosen
Some people want us to supply quality fittings, others have already bought their tapware, sink or appliances and just need them fitted. We are happy either way. If you would like us to supply, we will recommend reliable fittings that suit your budget. If you have picked your own, we will install them properly. As always, you get a clear quote once we have assessed the job and a plain explanation of what is involved, with no surprises on the invoice.
Working to your kitchen build schedule
A kitchen reno usually runs to a tight sequence, and the plumbing happens in stages around the cabinetry. We schedule the rough-in and the final fit-off to fit in with your kitchen builder or cabinetmaker, so the services are ready when they need to be and the appliances go in without holding up the install. If you are coordinating the trades yourself, we will tell you clearly when we need access and what has to be in place before each stage.
