Bathroom Renovations
Full bathroom and ensuite renovations, from design to completion.
Service details
A bathroom renovation lives or dies on the plumbing behind the walls. Beautiful tiles and a new vanity count for nothing if the falls are wrong, the waterproofing fails or a joint leaks once everything is sealed up. Kel-Tech handles the plumbing and gas side of bathroom renos across the Swan Valley, planning it properly and carrying it out to a high standard so your new bathroom looks great and works beautifully for years.
What’s included
- Rough-in & fit-off plumbing

What a bathroom reno involves
Whether you are freshening up an existing layout or gutting the room and starting again, the plumbing work happens in two main stages. First comes the rough-in, where we set out and run the pipework for your new layout while the walls and floor are open. Then, once tiling and cabinetry are done, we come back for the fit-off, installing and connecting your tapware, shower, toilet, basin and bath. Getting the first stage right is what makes the second stage go smoothly, which is why we plan the whole job before we start.
What we cover
Our bathroom work includes new fit-outs and full makeovers, supply and installation of taps, showers, baths, basins and toilets, relocating fixtures and setting up rough-ins for a changed layout, and making sure drainage falls and connections are correct and compliant. If you are moving where the shower or vanity sits, we will run the new pipework so the finished room works exactly the way you planned it.
Getting the details right
The unglamorous parts are the ones that matter most. Correct falls so water drains where it should, properly sealed connections, and compliant work that meets code all protect you from leaks and water damage down the track. Every job is carried out by a licensed plumber and gasfitter, so you can be confident it is done to standard, not just done quickly.
Working in with your other trades
Most bathroom renos involve a few trades, and timing is everything. We are happy to coordinate with your tiler, cabinetmaker, electrician or builder so the plumbing stages slot in at the right moments and nothing holds the job up. If you are project-managing it yourself, we will let you know exactly when we need to be on site and what needs to be ready for us.

FAQs
Common questions
Do you handle the whole bathroom?
We take care of all the plumbing and gas, and we are happy to coordinate with your other trades to keep the job moving.
Can you move where fixtures go?
Yes. We do relocations and rough-ins so your new layout works the way you want it to.
Will the work be compliant?
Always. Every job is done by a licensed plumber and gasfitter and meets code.
When do you need to be on site during a reno?
Usually twice: the rough-in while walls and floors are open, then the fit-off once tiling and cabinetry are done. We plan both around your other trades.
Do you supply fixtures or fit what I have bought?
Either way. We can supply quality fittings or install the ones you have chosen.
